Incremental Group, the market-leading digital technology specialist, has won the award for “SME Transformational Deal of the Year” at The Scottish Business Insider Deals & Dealmakers Awards. The awards follow on from Incremental gaining membership of the prestigious 2019/2020 Inner Circle for Microsoft Business Application.
The judges praised Incremental for “completing a transaction that refinanced the business through an MBO with Dunedin, who provided investment to accelerate organic growth.”
Incremental helps industry and government organisations to digitally transform with its cloud, business applications, data and AI services. The business has shown continued growth over the last two years almost trebling its revenues from £4.2 million in FY2017 to £12.4 million for FY2019, and its EBITDA from £0.5 million to £1.8 million during the same period.
