The Opportunity
The Incremental management team has developed a strong platform business which can support future organic growth and successfully integrate acquisition targets. Following the acquisitions of First eBusiness and GAP Consulting, Incremental is now one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics partners in the UK and was awarded membership of the 2019/2020 Inner Circle for Microsoft Business Application. With a robust platform to make further acquisitions in a fragmented market, Incremental is now able to increase the number of sectors it serves and also widen its geographic presence.
Working together
We had already built a close relationship with management in the years leading up to the buyout so there was already a good level of trust and understanding there. Our aim is to support them to build out the infrastructure in the business to support future organic growth and to help them identify, acquire and integrate acquisition targets.
Recruitment is an important part of that infrastructure and we are working closely with management as they flex up their team to deal with increased demand. In addition, we have been able to introduce some useful sale leads to the business.

Incremental has performed exceptionally well and with further funding and our support behind it, is well placed to capitalise on the compelling opportunities for growth. The IT services market is one of the fastest growing technology segments and we look forward to working with the team as they reinforce their position as market leaders in this space.
